1. Creative Philosophy & Artistic Discretion

At Vision Shine, our signature style centers around candid, unscripted storytelling and authentic emotion. We document real moments as they naturally unfold rather than forcing artificial poses.

Our post-production team exercises professional creative discretion regarding color palettes, cinematic grading, audio design, and narrative flow to ensure each deliverable reflects the highest standard of wedding cinema and fine-art photography.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment Milestones

To reserve and block dates exclusively for your celebration across our creative team and equipment, payments are structured according to the following schedule:

• 10% Advance Retainer: Due upon booking confirmation to secure the event calendar dates.
• 40% Event Milestone: Due exactly one month prior to the wedding event commencement.
• 50% Final Settlement: Due immediately following the completion of the wedding shoot.

Important Note on Post-Production: The curation and editing pipeline formally commences upon clearance of the 40% event-day payment. Any delay in payments will proportionally reschedule the final editing and delivery timeline.

3. Photo & Video Deliverables & Timelines

4. RAW Data Archiving & Handover

Complete uncompressed RAW photographs and raw video clippings will be delivered as digital copies on an external hard drive supplied by the client, strictly upon 100% payment settlement.

5. Crew Hospitality, Logistics & Accommodation

• Travel & Accommodation: Inter-city transport, flight/train tickets, airport transfers, and comfortable lodging are to be arranged and covered by the client for the entire assigned crew.
• Room Allocations: For outstation destination shoots, accommodations are standard 3 persons per room, plus at least one dedicated staging/rest room available at the event venue.
• Meals & Sustenance: The creative crew dines at the venue's guest buffet arrangements during event coverage.
• Extended Coverage: Should shooting schedules extend beyond the contracted days/hours, additional coverage is billed on an agreed per-day basis.

6. Cancellation & Non-Refundable Retainer

Because wedding dates and crew allocations are reserved exclusively and other prospective bookings are declined for those dates, booking advance retainers are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or date modification by the client.

7. Copyright & Promotional Usage

Vision Shine reserves the right to use select images and film excerpts captured during the event to showcase creative work across official social media profiles, digital portfolios, exhibitions, and website publications in good faith, celebrating the beauty of your celebration.

8. Digital Archiving & Technical Limitations

While we utilize top-tier enterprise redundant recording media, dual-card backup systems, and rigorous archiving protocols, Vision Shine shall not be held liable for unforeseen digital anomalies, severe weather disruptions, venue restrictions, or force majeure events beyond human control.

9. Proposal Validity & Inquiries

All bespoke wedding coverage quotes and rate proposals provided by Vision Shine remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
